FRENCH INTELLIGENCE ALLEGES MICROSOFT BACKDOOR

The French Ministry is reporting that Microsoft has worked in the past with an American Intelligence Agency to place secret programs in Microsoft Programs. These programs would   allegedly have the ability for outsiders to eavesdrop on and monitor the users. This is only an accusation and the French offered no proof at this time.

PUTIN AUTHORIZES SPECIAL POWERS FOR DOMESTIC SPIES

Putin in a recent decree took away the right of the prosecutor-general's office to monitor special agents whose primarily job is to monitor top level General Staff and other military members. This is only another sign that the Russian military is gaining power as a result of the Chechnya War.  Putin is returning Russia to the ways of the past of greater repression.

WACO REENACTMENT PLANNED

A British company Vector Data Systems will organize and carry out the Waco Reenactment. This company specializes in infra-red imaging. Helicopters are to be use instead of an airplane. Some of the original video was taped by a British plane flying at approximate 9,000 feet in altitude. Care must be taken so that the reenactment is as close and as similar to that tragic day's events. Already doubts are being cast on the original tape some stating that human heat signatures should have been present on the original tape but at 9,000 feet it's doubtful that was possible. So this reenactment may be a highly technical way of distorting the original results to an extent that a denial of the validity can be rendered.
