Floy Lilley, J.D.
Floy Lilley is at The University of Texas at Austin, where she serves as Program Manager
of the Clint W. Murchison Sr. Chair of Free Enterprise.

Lilley,"and the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and property. The rights to our
production and our personal, intellectual and real property were never to have been put up
for a vote."
Lilley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston, Charleston,
S.C. and a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, San Antonio,
Texas.
